This means that no one leaves until all support callbacks have been made and we have at least made an attempt to reach you. Sometimes, a question is better asked via an email where you can attach a script, or other information that is important to your issue. As with phone support, email support is a high priority for us and we will answer your question as quickly as we can. We have a goal of answering an email within one business day, but we know that sometimes that can be an eternity when you have a serious issue that is stopping you cold. That is why we usually try to answer an email as soon as we receive it and many people find that they receive an answer within an hour of sending their question in.

Providing a timely response to your question isn’t worth anything if it isn’t a correct answer. So many years ago, we completely eliminated our support department which was staffed with junior level developers and made one large development group, where everyone was involved with development and support. Yes, that’s right. The people are that developing the software answer all of your technical sales and support questions. What better way to get the correct answer the first time than to have someone who is actually involved in the development of the software, the one’s that know the application inside and out? And if the person does not know the answer to your question immediately, they will search the source code, or ask someone that does know the answer and get back to you with the answer to your question. We won’t leave you out in the cold.
