Powerful New Features

Mouse Support
With full mouse support, you will not only be able to use Vermont Test faster and easier, but you'll now have the capability to record and play back all mouse events - automatically! Vermont Test records all mouse events as you test your application. When you play back, Vermont Test plays the mouse actions exactly as recorded - it's that easy!

More Record And Playback Options
Test v2.0 includes a number of additional options to provide you greater control over your testing sessions, including a real time toggle allowing easier playback of mixed mode scripts. New mouse options give you control over what type of mouse events you record and how you record them. In addition, you now have the ability to save your script to disk after every keystroke.

Modular Scripting Language
Vermont Test has a built in dedicated scripting language. You can combine modular scripts into sophisticated suites by simply calling the sub-script. Simplify maintenance of scripts through version changes, saving effort, time, and money. Perform "FOR" loops to automate repetitive tasks. A log command allows you to monitor the progress of your tests even during unattended testing. Complete file operations such as creating a directory, deleting a file, and writing to a file.

Single Step Playback Enhancements
Test now supports two new actions to help you during debugging-step over and repeat commands.

Support For Additional Video Modes
Vermont Test supports all common character-based video modes, including support for record, playback, and screen shot comparison in 25, 43, and 50 line text modes.
